Chloemason Soap Company: 100% All Natural, Hand Made With Love
I always have really dry skin, especially in the cold months. I’m constantly using lotion only to feel dry skin again a few minutes later. There has to be a better way. I need something to help my skin stay moisturized, so I started using Chloemason Soap Company handmade products. One of the things I really like about Chloemason is that they list all of the ingredients of their products right on the label. If you have any questions or concerns, they also have great customer service. Everything they make is 100% natural, and all of their oil products are ‘self preserved’. There are no chemical ingredients that you can’t even pronounce. The soaps aren’t just beautiful sitting on your counter, but feel wonderful on your skin too. They have great products for babies, kids, adults and even pets.

So I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to start a Science Club Series on the blog and share our scientific adventures with you at home! Each post will provide the scientific background, supply list and directions. So let’s get started – up first, we’ll be creating a rain storm in a cup.
Chinese New Year: Trying to Hold on to My Cultural Traditions in a Modern World
Chinese New Year in 2018, also known as Lunar New Year and Spring Festival, begins on February 16th and ends March 2nd. This is the year of the Dog; the most defining characteristic is their loyalty. They will never abandon friends, family or work.
Every year, my family gets together to celebrate Chinese New Year. It’s a tradition we have always kept and would like to continue for generations. I honestly don’t remember a lot of the traditions we used to do when I was a kid. But even if traditions change, being together as a family has always been the most important part. Here’s a few traditions we still celebrate as a family and share with our kids.

You’ve been forewarned 🙂 Time was ticking fast. READ MORE »
